Selected uses Consent can cover UCU websites, social media, newsletters, printed publications, reports, educational material, event publicity, presentations, and other purposes specifically selected in the form.
Online publication Internet publication may be accessible in Uganda and internationally. UCU cannot guarantee that third parties will not copy or share material after lawful publication.
Editing and duration UCU may make reasonable technical edits that do not misrepresent the participant. The consent duration and limitations are recorded with each submission.
Withdrawal Where processing is based on consent, a participant may request withdrawal for future use. This does not automatically invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Children A parent, guardian, or authorised person must complete the consent where required for a child.
